🔹 Responsibilities:
Prepare PowerPoint presentations & proposals
Manage schedules, appointments & follow-ups
Organize meetings and draft minutes
Assist with company formation documents & applications
Coordinate with free zones, government portals & banks
Handle emails, calls & WhatsApp communication
Maintain client records and CRM updates
Support invoicing and payment follow-ups
Track renewals & compliance deadlines
Bonus: Ability to make basic creatives or LinkedIn content
🔹 Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Organized, reliable & detail-oriented
Admin or UAE company formation experience is a plus
Canva/content creation knowledge is an advantage
