About the Role
Our client looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Core Banking applications and transformation projects. The role requires end-to-end project leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple IT programs and Core Banking transformation projects
• Define project vision, scope, and strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee project planning, execution, delivery, and closure
• Coordinate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project governance
• Manage resources, budget, timelines, and project reporting
• Establish KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Project or Program Management
• Mandatory experience with Core Banking systems and transformation projects
• Proven record in delivering large-scale IT initiatives in banking
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are an advantage
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, ServiceNow, etc.
